Who we are.

As stated before, we are not your everyday savage pack nor tranquil clan. We are something much more, vague to that of the first glimpse. However, it takes one both wise and intelligent to decipher what that may be.
Our existence did not surface a few days ago or even a few weeks ago. We have been around for generations and generations to come. Driven by personal beliefs, long-established grudges, and countless burdens, our primary goal is to protect those who are of "worthy blood".
The reason we commence with such a justified goal is quite simple yet there are many various reasons. Although said reasons are hushed, kept veiled from those outside of the organization. To put it simply, the establishment of Vahlok Ragnavir is similar to a guild. We are soldiers to aid the weak and/or helpless in times of war and/or battle, philosophers/reasoners when/if an argument is to arise, deceivers to spy upon an enemy, guardians to those who seek out our protection and a sanctuary to individuals who have nowhere else to turn.
Despite this, it is very rare for us to accept an outsider seeking entrance. If one actually wishes to join us, they cannot merely walk up and throw out a roleplay sample expecting us to welcome them with hugs and kisses. No. We are a guild and guilds do not openly accept any who shows interest. A guild is commonly consisted of close friends and sometimes even relatives. Not strangers and interlopers. Therefore, the only way one can gain access is if, over an amount of time, the said member proves themselves valuable via skills, sheer loyalty, intelligence and a great amount of wisdom, maturity, etc to the other members of this establishment. Patience can be such a virtue.
Unlike most others, the Vahlok possesses no known formation when it comes to hierarchy/ranking system. Over time, we've personally found the whole "you must obey this given individual or else" ordeal quite senseless. Thus, when it comes to dominance and running things, we act more like a democracy than anything else. We prefer to reason with each other and balance the pros and cons of a given decision, treating each other with equal respect and authority rather than bare our fangs and threaten. However, each given situation can vary as there are times when even we act impulsive.
